  When I call and gave my order I was very specific in how I wanted my wings. Once I got to this location they only did 5 instead of the 10 I asked for. I had to wait again for the other 5 and then they were burnt. I explained to them I asked for it not to be fried hard. Instead of recooking it right away I received attitude and kept being asked to touch the chicken when I could clearly see it was burnt. I had to ask the young lady several times to lower her voice and at one point both clerks were being loud and disrespectful. I asked several times for my money back and that was ignored. After going back and fourth they made it correctly and one of them told me I need to be clear when ordering my food. I told her I was very clear and specific and they needed to have better customer service and do more listening and less talking. I will not go back to this location it should never be that stressful when ordering food and it took up my entire lunch break.
