  The store cancelled my order when I was unable to come downstairs to retrieve my pizza. I had no idea they'd changed their policy. The entire point of DELIVERY is to not have to leave your home. A store representative called after I told the driver I was unable to come downstairs. The store representative was rude and obstinate while claiming their drivers had been towed in broad daylight to which my response was that Hampshire Towers does not tow before 10 pm UNLESS you've parked in an unauthorized location. Visitors park and other restaurants deliver between 6am and 10pm daily without incident. The Domino's drivers obviously parked in an unauthorized location and instead of questioning where they should park, I, the customer was dismissed and my order was cancelled without as much as an apology. I've been a long time customer, but I'll be looking for either another location or another pizza delivery company. Thanks for nothing!
